Locate an Advisor
A certified advisor is a guide who facilitates pork industry education programs.
Generally, this will be a trained professional with a background as a veterinarian, Extension specialist or ag educator with a Bachelor of Science degree. An advisor may also have the equivalent of a degree in animal science or a related field who has two years of recent, documented swine production experience.

Pork industry certifications can be completed through an online program or in-person training.
